Nikki Wetherall, our Principal Consultant and Safety Director, was an acclaimed Chef who worked internationally in the hospitality industry for over two decades before returning to university to gain MSc in Food Safety.

 

We have vast experience and extensive knowledge of a wide array of sectors within the industry, including open fire cooking, independent food producers, Michelin starred restaurants, event management, bars, gastro pubs and cafes.

About Nikki

Nikki Wetherall, Founder and Director of Safety has always been a food lover who only ever considered becoming a Chef as a career choice. She also loved to travel, and after qualifying as a chef at Thames Valley University, she decided to explore the world to gain international expertise in her chosen field.
